Processing Plant Technician(s)
We have built a team of women and men to operate, maintain & improve our nickel processing plant, along with the processes and systems used to run it — a team that places safety and efficiency at the forefront of all our business decisions.
We have a team of Processing Plant Technicians who operate, maintain and improve our nickel processing plant daily. The Long Harbour Operations’ innovative organizational design sees Technicians executing these responsibilities through consensus-based decision-making, evaluating each approach and outcome based on the needs of the business, the team, and the individual. The company provides structure for, and expectations around these decisions, by establishing clear boundaries and ensuring defined procedures, regulations and policies are in place. The resulting workplace culture fosters teamwork and empowerment that makes Long Harbour Operations a great place to work and will create and maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Our work environment is constantly evolving and there is an expectation that employees will continuously strengthen their knowledge, skills and abilities, while motivating and supporting each other to develop as a high-performance team.
